Vilonia UMC Covid-19 Policy
In effect as of Sunday, March 6, 2022:
- Masks are optional for all church events
- Masks are required ONLY for adults who are working with children age 4 and under in our nursery and toddler rooms.
- We know that some in our congregation will continue to wear masks. It is our responsibility as a community who is committed to caring for one another that we are respectful of one another's choices in this new stage of masking guidelines at the church. If you see someone wearing a mask, remember they may prefer you continue to practice social distancing around them.
- If you are sick, please remember that it is still important for you to stay home from worship and other church events if you are sick with Covid-19 or flu-like symptoms. We continue to want to keep everyone healthy, and we have an online option for worship to help you to stay connected with our faith community when you can't be in person. Finally, if you test positive for Covid-19, we ask that you contact the church office if you have been at church in the last 5 days so that we can still practice contact tracing as needed.
